Steering Committee in project management

  1. The aim of the Steering Committee is to ensure successful delivery of the project including maximising the benefits from the projects and ensuring the approved PMM methodology is followed.
  2. Determine and create an organizational structure that will sustain the project and review the assessment teams’ goals and objectives, work program, activity schedule, etc
  3. Establish an Advisory Board.
